To make the poultry industry in Rio Grande do Sul a chain with increasingly efficient results, the Rio Grande do Sul Poultry Association (Asgav) signed the terms of cooperation. With three startups, at 8:30 am, at the Hotel Plaza São Rafael, in the Center of Porto Alegre, during a breakfast offered by the entity.
The objective is to favor access to technologies in the areas of copper nanoparticles, reduction of energy consumption in water treatment plants and detection of Salmonella through rapid response devices.
Present at the signing of the term were the innovation and technology manager of the CECIL Group, Clayton Lambert, and the business project manager, Ronise Depner, both representatives of Abluo, and Dr. Marco Perez, representing the startups AInwater and Neosenssing.
The president of Asgav, José Eduardo dos Santos, and his team organized the event.
The director explains that the dialogue with the groups started in December of last year and resulted in the approximation between the entity and the companies.
“We evaluated the relevance of these technologies for the poultry industry in Rio Grande do Sul and decided to sign a technical cooperation agreement with each startup”, he emphasizes.
Santos adds that the proposals presented are timely for the sector and can contribute to an even more “efficient, sustainable and quality poultry industry”.

TheAInwate created software that gathers data from sensors present in industrial/waste water treatment plants.
Based on the collected data, information is generated for decision making, aiming to optimize the energy efficiency of plants.
The technology has already shown results in a project carried out with a Chilean company, which showed savings of 5.9% in energy consumption in the water treatment plant.

Copper nanoparticles have several applications in poultry, ranging from feed composition to the construction of materials and equipment.
